Get to know Nardy

Writing is my passion. I love to sit in my bubble at my computer and tell a story, and it actually always works out well for me. No matter who or what the story is; I enjoy the challenge of finding out the necessary information and transforming it into a story that appeals to the right target audience.

Over the years, writing has also been part of my job description. However, in recent years it faded into the background and I missed being intensely involved with it. I saw the same thing with Shannon. With her, I share not only a close friendship, but also my passion for writing. Moreover, I know, from the time we worked together in the marketing department of an international company, that we have a similar working method and writing style and appreciate each other for our knowledge and skills.

Five years ago, during our wonderful tour in Canada (Shannon's roots), we first discussed our plan; a bilingual text agency for international companies in the region of Achterhoek, Liemers and Twente. Initially as kind of a joke, but as the years went on it came up again and again. Eventally in 2021 we decided to take serious steps towards starting our own company. From the start it gave us both energy and our enthusiasm radiated from it. For us, this was confirmation we were off to a good start!

Shannon and I are both not 'loners' by nature and we really need each other to be able to spar, tune in, give feedback, decide, enthuse or adjust. We are better together than alone. I would not have embarked on this adventure with anyone else and I am confident that together we will make it a success!
